摘要经过三十多年的发展，江苏省出口贸易在贸易方式，产品结构，市场结构，经营主体与地区分布上已经实现了初步的转型升级，但与发达国家相比，仍然有一定的差距，并且在面临一些由国外传递到我省的经济危机时，还不能从容应对，因此，我省出口贸易迫切需要进一步转型升级。本文从多方面分析了江苏省出口贸易的现状，并由此发现所存在的问题：缺乏创新意识，劳动力与土地成本上升，贸易市场结构不平衡，产品对外资依赖严重，贸易地区分布不平衡。然后针对问题所对应的影响因素作实证研究，最后提出相应的对策建议。82910

Title  Theoretical analysis and Empirical Study on the transformation and   upgrading of export trade in Jiangsu Province                   

Abstract After the development of 30 years, Jiangsu Province's export trade in trade mode, product structure, market structure, business entities and regional distribution has been achieved preliminary transformation and upgrading, but compared with developed countries, there are still a certain gap。 And when facing some economic crisis from foreign countries, we also cannot cope with。 Therefore, export trade in our province urgent need to further upgrade。 This paper analyzes the present situation of Jiangsu province's export trade from many aspects, and thus found that the existing problems: lack of awareness of innovation, rising cost of labor and land, the imbalance in the structure of trade market, heavily dependent on foreign capital, regional trade distribution imbalance。 Then, according to the influence factors of the problem I make an empirical study。 Finally I put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions。
