摘要近几年来，互联网金融的发展打破了我国农村金融发展的僵局，将其带入一个发展新局面。关于农村互联网金融的研究都比较具有地区局限性，而且只是在理论上分析并未做过模型研究。本文在结合农村互联网金融发展现状的基础上，通过对于互联网普及率和居民支出的实证研究发现其存在巨大的发展空间。同时，就其发展现状和发展空间的矛盾性做出一个理论模型，发现农村地区有不少因素制约金融机构发展互联网金融，主要可分为基础设施建设、农民自身素质以及政府监管三方面。最后，本文就三方面制约因素，提出了三条切实可行的对策与建议。83149

Title    REAEARCH ON RURAL INTERNET FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT                     

Abstract

In recent years,the development of Internet banking has broken the deadlock of China's rural financial development,,and brought it into a new situation。The research on rural Internet banking has regional limitations,and there are only theoretical analysis and model researches have not been done 。Based on the current situation of rural Internet financial development,this paper finds that there is a huge space for development through the empirical study of the Internet penetration rate and household expenditure。 At the same time, based on the development contradiction and space of present situation this article made a theoretical model, found that in the rural areas,there have been many factors restricting financial institutions to develop finance of the Internet,which can be pided into infrastructure construction,farmer own quality and the government supervision。Finally,the paper puts forward three feasible countermeasures and suggestions based on the three aspects。
