跨境电子商务风险及对策分析
摘要：跨境电子商务近几年发展迅猛，带给我国经济的收益丰厚。在跨境电子商务中一些不确定的跨境电子商务因素诱发跨境电子商务风险的发生，给跨境电子商务的发展产生不利的影响。本文，用资料收集法，文献研究法，跨学科研究法对跨境电子商务风险的产生原因及其对跨境电子商务的影响进行研究，将跨境电子商务的风险分为政府方面原因引起的风险、企业自身原因引起的风险、第三方的原因引起的风险、消费者方面的原因引起的风险、物流方面的原因引起的风险，进而研究并探讨应对跨境电子商务风险的策略，将应对跨境电子商务风险的策略细分为应对跨境电子商务风险政府方面风险的策略、应对跨境电子商务企业方面风险的策略、应对第三方风险的策略、应对消费者方面风险的策略、应对物流方面风险的策略，并提出自己的见解和建议。83604

Risk and countermeasure analysis of cross border E-commerce

引言
跨境电子商务是电子商务中的一种，是指在不同国家的两个交易主体，通过网络交易平台实现信息和资金的流通，最后通过邮件或快递的方式递交商品完成交易的对外贸易方式，是具有交易额度小，频率高特性的一种新的对外贸易方式。
