机房管理软件程序主要应用VB和ACCESS数据库来开发。在需求分析中明白软件需要的各种功能和数据，建立相应的ACCESS数据库文件，然后在VB软件中建立该软件的操作界面并且编写实现代码。该机房管理软件分为管理端和用户端，管理端包括用户管理、机器管理和上机记录查询等功能。用户管理有查询、添加、删除、充值、更新用户信息等功能。机器管理有查询、添加、删除、更新机器信息等功能。上机记录查询可以查询当前机器使用情况。用户端分为上机模块和下机模块，通过读取数据表中用户的信息来判断登录哪个模块。上机模块有查询空闲机号选择机号上机和修改密码等功能。下机模块有结束下机计费功能。

Room management software program mainly using VB and ACCESS database to develop。 In the demand analysis to understand the various functions of the software and data, the establishment of the corresponding ACCESS database files, and then in the VB software to establish the operating interface of the software and the preparation of the code。 The computer room management software is pided into management end and user end, the management end includes user management,machine management and machine record query, and other functions。User management has query, add, delete, recharge, update user information and other functions。 Machine management has the function of query, add, delete, update the machine information, etc。 On the record of the machine can check the current situation of the use of the machine。 User terminal is pided into the upper and lower computer module, by reading the user's information in the data table to determine which module to log on。 The machine module has the function of inquiring the number of the machine and modifying the code。 Under the machine module has the end of the machine billing function。
