造船业模块化制造网络研究
摘 要二十一世纪的今天，造船业模块制作网络研究对于船舶工业的产业升级起着至关重要的作用，它为企业适应复杂多变的环境和改进资源配置提供了指导思想，通过指导企业实现人、财、物等资源分配的优化，提高了企业成本转化率和资源的利用率，同时显著降低了生产成本。本文基于对大量学术论文和社会期刊的阅览，从模块化造船的基本概念入手，介绍了模块化制造网络造船所能给造船业带来的优势，并且探讨了模块化造船网络的发展与研究造船业模块化制造网络的组织结构与模式，以及江苏省造船业产业集群的特征形态，在此基础上设想了今后船舶发展可能遇到的问题，并就该问题提出了应对措施。86532

Research on the Modular Manufacturing Networks of Shipbuilding Industry——Based On Jiangu Province
