摘要传统小微企业管理水平落后，信息化程度不足，并且难以承受传统ERP软件投入和维护。对此采用基于移动互联的小微企业智慧运营云平台，利用云技术免去日后维护的烦恼，充分发挥手机用户量大、方便使用的优势，从而使企业更加适应此系统。86965

此系统分为平台服务和应用两部分，分别在电脑端和手机端操作。本文主要介绍平台服务，采用浏览器/服务器模式结合三层架构及MVC开发模式，用ExtJS开发框架完成页面布局与架构分层。

本文以平台服务的企业用户管理模块为落脚点设计数据表，主要实现用户查询、开户审核、挂起/激活、会费收取、欠费提醒、统计报表、用户信息变更这几个部分的功能。

系统力求与企业实际情况相结合，实现企业用户管理的所有需求，打造最简单实用的后台，改善企业管理水平。最后通过用例测试完善系统功能，改进不足之处。

Abstract Traditional small and micro enterprises’ management level is backward。They are lack of information technology and difficult to bear the traditional ERP software investment and maintenance。So we use small and micro enterprises intelligence cloud platform based on mobile Internet business。Using cloud technology to remove troubles of maintenance in the future and giving full play to the advantages of huge mobile phone users and the attribute of easy to use to make the enterprise more adaptable to the system。 

This system is pided into two parts, service platform and application which are operated on the computer and cell phone respectively。 This paper mainly introduces the platform service。It adopts the browser/server mode combined with three-tier architecture and MVC development mode。 Using ExtJS framework to complete the page layout and architectural layering。 

This paper which is based on the platform service uses enterprise user management module as the foothold to design data tables。Mainly to complete the function of a few parts such as user query, accounts audit, suspend/activation, dues, owe to remind, statistical reports, user information change。

This system tries to combine with the enterprise actual situation and achieve all the needs of enterprise user management to make the most simple and practical background and improve enterprise management level。 At last, by using case test to perfect the system function and improve deficiencies。
