所以，基于校园网的基础上，我们可以开发一个毕业设计课题管理系统，通过该管理平台实现公共信息的发布和管理，论文的上传和下载，毕业生和老师之间能对话留言。公共信息的发布和管理功能主要用于实现管理员对整个毕设进程的管理工作，如发布选题，通知学生回校中期检查，毕业答辩的具体时间等信息。留言功能可以让师生双方不同时在线的情况下进行信息传递。该系统实现了管理员发布选题，对老师和学生用户进行管理，学生选择指导老师来完成选题，老师给学生做毕设指导。在校园管理上，网络管理带来的好处日益明显，高校管理者通过网络管理提高校园管理的整体管理水平，能为老师和学生提供更优质的服务，本系统采用的是B/S设计模式，J2EE中的Struts框架技术和Hibernate框架技术，系统的实现采用的是MVC设计思想，数据库是MYSQL5。0，并通过MyEclipse 8。5开发环境进行该管理系统的开发测试。
