摘 要：如今，计算机行业发展迅猛，越来越多的小区和个人管理业务都开始运用计算机技术，这给管理带来极大的方便。目前在大多数小区中，物业管理的效率十分低下，对相关信息不能进行有效的管理，这就迫切地需要利用小区物业管理系统来辅助管理人员，对小区相关的信息进行科学化的管理和控制，达到提高工作效率，管理社区科学化、准确、便捷的目的。小区物业管理系统是利用ASP。NET开发平台，B/S结构，C#语言以及后台数据库的设计做成的一个系统，使管理者和业主能更顺利、更快捷地办理和反映小区内部事务。这样不仅能提高管理效率，而且起到了良好效益。94800

Abstract:Nowadays, computer develops very fast,the computer technology has been applied to more and more communities and inpiduals to manage business,and bring great convenience to a variety of management。Now in most of the community property,the management efficiency is very low,the management of community-related information can not be effectively managed。There are many flaws in a series of processes for the management of the community,which urgently need to use community information management system to assist managers to conduct scientific information management and control,to improve the efficiency of property management,community management and scientific,accurate and convenient purposes。Residential property management system uses popular computer technology ASP。NET,B/S,C# and the database,so that managers and owners can be more convenient and faster to manage and reflect the internal affairs of the community。The popularity of this system can improve the efficiency,also can bring good benefits。
