摘要:保险业务是现今保险体系中最重要的一个环节,已经越来越受到人们的重视。一方面,承保,理赔,精算以及财务等环节都对保险业务提出了非常高的要求。另一方面,管理规范是当今企事业的基本要求,保险理赔业务不仅工作量大,而且需要多个业务员之间进行业务沟通,期间很容易产生差错。传统的保险理赔过程中存在着许多问题,整个保险理赔流程繁琐复杂,效率不高,也很容易出错。在当今信息化的社会,这无疑会降低人们的生活质量和生活水平。

针对保险理赔过程中出现的这些问题,本课题设计并实现了一个基于RFID的智能保险理赔系统。该系统主要由两个模块组成,RFID硬件感知模块和软件信息管理模块。该系统实现的主要功能有:一方面可以将所涉及的信息写入RFID卡中,在事故发生后,查勘员进行查勘定损时,通过RFID感知模块快速识别车辆、人员和物品的基本信息和投保信息,以此作为定损的主要凭据。另一方面是可以实现对保单和员工等的基本信息进行管理,以及对理赔过程中产生的各类其他信息进行存储和管理,如可以对业务员信息、客户投保信息、交警判定责任方、4S店的定损情况、理赔中心确认额度等的相关内容进行修改、删除、增加等,也可以通过识别RFID卡来查询得到上述所有的信息。这样就可以通过软件管理模块和硬件感知模块相结合实现快速的定损理赔,提高业务效率。本系统中使用了很多新兴的技术方法来实现,比如RFID技术、JSP、JDBC等,采用VisualStudio2013作为开发工具,数据库采用SQLITE数据库来进行系统的开发。

经测试,本系统实现了全部功能,运行效率和效果符合要求。本系统使用RFID电子标签替代了传统纸质保单等资料,方便操作,便于管理,而且节省资源。软件管理模块提高了理赔业务的处理速度。系统界面具有操作简便,界面显示简单友好的特点。通过使用该系统,可以智能并且方便的管理整个保险理赔流程。RFID技术的使用可以简化保险理赔过程繁琐的手续,与软件管理模块相结合,能够让信息管理更加简洁方便,让整个理赔流程清晰透明,也让更多的人易于接受保险理赔这个过程,从而能够更好的推广RFID技术,同时让保险理赔更好的为人们服务。

Abstract:In recent years, Insurance business is one of the most important aspects of the insurance system, it has been more and more people's attention. On the one hand, Insurance, claims, actuarial and financial business put forward a very high demand on the insurance business. On the other hand, Standardized management is the basic requirements of enterprises and institutions. Insurance claims business is not only a large amount of work, but also need to communicate between clerks and clerks. In this process, it is easy to make some mistakes. There are many problems in the process of traditional insurance claims, firstly, the entire insurance claims process is very complicated, and it wastes a lot of human, material, financial resources, secondly, its efficiency is not high, prone to error. In the information society, which will undoubtedly reduce people's quality of life.

For these problems which in the process of insurance claims, this study designs an intelligent insurance claims system based on RFID. The system consists of two modules, RFID awareness module and information management module. The main functions of the system are: on the one hand, it can write the information into the RFID cards, when the accidents happen and the surveyor investigate and deal with loss, through the RFID sensor module can quickly identify the vehicle, personnel and items of basic information and Insured information, as the main evidence of the loss. On the other hand, you can manage the basic information about policies and employees, and store or manage all kinds of other information generated during the claims process. For example, it can check the sales information, customer insurance information, store the loss of the situation, the claim center to confirm the amount of the relevant content to modify, delete, increase, etc. And it can also identify the RFID card to get all of the above information. Through the combination of software and perception module to achieve rapidly the determination about the damage claims, improve business efficiency. The system uses a lot of new technical methods to achieve, such as RFID, JSP, JDBC, using Visual Studio2013 as a development tool, using SQLITE database for system development.
