引言
随着计算机行业的越来越好的发展，电子计算机在人们的日常生活中已经普遍而广泛的使用。计算机已经成为了现代技术的主要工具。在这样一个普遍用电子计算机的现在，以对C语言更方便了解、学习以及交流的目的，用计算机来实现C语言论坛系统是肯定的。
1. 论坛的开发背景和意义
在21世纪的如今，网络已经扎根于我们的日常生活里。我们可以利用网络做很多的事情。在这其中有个形式叫做论坛。
论坛可以叫做BBS，是一种电子数据库，可以利用一个账户名登录到论坛里做各种事情。网络技术的发展，让BBS使用起来更加方便，这让它的使用率也随之的变高了。
论坛分为综合性和专业性。其中综合性的论坛信息与参与的人群比较广泛，而专业性的论坛比综合性的论坛信息比较单一。适合同道中人共享信息和资源。本系统就属于专业性的论坛，让那些对C语言感兴趣的人们聚集在一起可以方便交流。
