摘要由于复杂环境和成像系统的客观条件限制,公共安全图像与视频存在模糊、噪声、色彩失真等问题。本论文研究图像与视频的一键式质量增强技术,主要工作为: 1) 针对经典图像颜色增强缺乏图像局部区域自适应的不足,设计和实现了一个局部自适应颜色增强算法,实验结果优于传统全局性算法;2) 针对镜头失真的图像与视频,设计和实现了单参数的镜头失真校正算法。通过建立径向失真的数学模型和失真参数取值的自动估计,达到失真图像的几何校正;3) 设计了基于光流的感兴趣目标同步跟踪与放大算法,并用质心算法对监控区域进行运动补偿,提高跟踪精度,实验验证了算法有效性;4) 完成了算法的插件式开发与集成。集成软件按照一键式处理原则,完成了算法参数自适应和算法的多线程处理,提高了软件一键式处理能力,软件运行正常。 37878 毕业论文关键词 质量增强 一键式 插件式开发 失真校正
Title The one-key quality enhancement and motion analysis for Public security image and video :one-key quality enhancement and correction techniques
Abstract Due to the limitation of complex environment and the objective conditions of imaging system,image and video are affected by fuzzy、noise、color distortion and so on in public security.This paper investigates the one-key quality enhancing techniques for low-quality image and video.The main contributions are as follows: Firstly,we design and complete an local self-adapting color enhance algorithm. Experimental shows that this algorithm peforms better than global algorithm. Secondly,we design and complete an one-parameter lens distortion correction algorithm.we use this algorithm to correct lens distortion in image and video. In order to complete this algorithm,we establish a mathematic model for radial distortion.Automatic estimation is performed for parmeter. Thirdly,we design an algorithm wto track and agnificate the interested objects synchronously.This algorithm is base on optical flow. Motion compensation is performed in the interested region use centroid algorithm.Experimental results show that effectiveness of the algorithm. Fourthly,we complete the pluggable development and integration of algorithms. The integrated software is designed as the idea of one-key process.we can call the function in plugin through the software.
