随着计算机技术的日益发展，计算机在日常管理应用中迅速得到普及，企业人才运用计算机进行企业信息管理势在必行，因此必须要开发出能满足企业进行客户信息管理的系统，系统要能有效的对客户信息进行统计，查询，打印，要能形成一套有效的客户信息管理模式，方便企业人员进行管理。58791

客户信息管理系统通过对企业业务流程的一些用户资源，从而对客户关系进行有效的管理，能实现企业内部的资源与信息的共享，客户信息管理系统能够提高企业管理人才对企业进行管理的效率，并且能够使管理自动化，系统化，规范化，因此开发出客户信息管理系统能使企业在拓宽市场，提高效率和增加客户三大方面进行大大的改进，从而有利于企业的长久发展具有重要的意义。
