摘 要：随着我国房地产行业的快速发展，为了提高网络房源信息管理和信息处理能力，本文设计了租房信息管理系统，为房产中介和需要出租的房主提供了一个信息服务的平台。房主和房产经纪人可以通过租房信息管理系统发布出租信息，客户可以通过网站查找到自己需要的房源信息。在B/S架构下，我们采用Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010开发出租房信息管理系统。用户可以登录本网站了解最新的租房信息，可以查看相关新闻，查询房源信息和发布租房信息等。65064

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's real estate industry, in order to improve the availability of network housing information management and information processing capabilities, this article designed a rent information management system, and the system provides a platform for information services for housing intermediary and the homeowners who want to rent houses. Homeowners and house brokers can release rental information by the rent information management system. Customers can find housing information they want through the website. Under the B/S architecture, the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2010 is used to develop the rent information management system. 租房信息管理系统的根本目的是通过互联网，帮助租房中介企业降低实体门店开店成本,提高房源成交率和业绩，提升租房中介的品牌知名度，为企业产生经济效益，也为需要出租的房主们提供一个平台，能够方便快捷的发布房源信息。本系统的开发是基于Web的应用程序，数据库技术和Web技术相结合，拥有更为广阔的前景。ASP.NET作为微软公司推出的Web应用程序开发技术，在数据库的应用方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，同时浏览器/服务器模式的数据库体系也正逐渐成为数据库结构的主流。论文网
