摘要随着网络的普及，我国网民群体不断壮大，而网络传播速度快、过滤机制欠缺，网民情绪的宣泄以及虚假信息的传播将容易产生无法预料的后果，研究网民群体行为对政府制定网络危机的应对策略起着重要的指导意义。基于Agent的建模与仿真方法被认为是研究复杂系统的有效途径，能够较好地描述出复杂系统中对象的行为，是社会仿真研究的基本手段之一。本文使用基于Agent的建模与仿真方法对突发事件网络舆情演变过程中的网民群体和危机信息、政府机构之间的交互行为建立模型，使用NetLogo平台搭建该模型并进行仿真实验。66774

本文结合2013年4月初国内爆发H7N9禽流感疫情发展过程中，在互联网上“板蓝根”是否能预防人传染禽流感的网络舆情案例，基于信息传播理论设计了该事件的Agent交互模型，并完成了相应的仿真实验，验证了关于网络舆情谣言信息传播的相关假设，在此基础上为政府网络舆情管理提出相应的建议，以支持政府应对突发事件带来的网络危机的网络舆情管理策略制定。

Title   ABMS on Behavior of Netizen Group in Internet      

          Public Sentiment within Emergent Events Evolution  

Abstract

As the Internet develops, the amount of netizens increasing dramatically, studies on public sentiment have become increasingly significant. ABMS is a practical and effective tool to build model close to real situation in social studies. The essay uses ABMS to model for behaviors and reaction of netizen group, crisis information and government publication within emergent events evolution, built the model with NetLogo, and experimented with different factors. The event is the burst of H7N9 avian influenza in China in April, 2013, which caused plenty of discussion and suspicion about whether “Banlangen”, one kind of traditional Chinese medicine, can manage effectively prevention from the disease. Based on information communication model, the research presents an agent communication model applicable to the event, experimented with the models and lead to the results, and finally proposed some constructive advice, which are used to support the government in internet public sentiment management.
