摘要随着科技的发展，计算机技术的明显进步，计算机系统逐渐走进了广大老百姓的生活，以前在单位门卫上，访客进出大门需要门卫用笔把访客信息登记在访客录上，这种方式很容易造成信息记录不完善，访问记录丢失等特点，不够智能化，所以这时候来访登记管理系统就应运而生了。来访登记管理系统可以有效的提高单位对来访信息的管理控制效率，查询方便，记录完善，对于某些进入黑名单的访客要来访也能及时提醒，能够满足现代单位的需要。72085

该系统使用者分为管理员和普通用户两大类，管理员拥有的权限较多，有用户管理，单位人员管理，单位部门管理，探访管理等，而普通用户（门卫）权限要比管理员少一点，单位人员信息查看，单位部门信息查看，探访管理，黑名单管理，信息核查，个人信息管理，系统整体界面设计的较为简洁，用户不需要懂计算机知识也能操控。

Design and Implementation of Visitor Management System Abstract

With the growth of science and great improvement of computer technology, computer system gradually entered the ordinary people's life, before, visitors going in and out of the door needed to be register the visitor information, in this way ,it is easy to cause imperfect information records and lose records。 etc, it is not intelligent, so this time ,visitor management system was born。 Visitor management system can deeply improve the administration and control of the visiting information,records can be refereed easily , records are perfect, for some people in the blacklist,system can timely remind user, the system can meet the demand of most firms。

Users of the system are pided into two major categories，administrator and ordinary user。 the administrator has all privileges, able to manage user and information, manage departments, and manage visitors,etc。while the common user (gatekeeper) has less authorities, spectacles the information of employees and departments,and manages visitors,。common users can also manage blacklist ,check information and change personal information 。 interfaces of the system are simple, users do not need to understand computer knowledge to use system 。
