摘要社会经济的发展离不开科学技术的发展,就像现如今带动社会经济的企业离不开计算机技术一样,在企业中,有很多地方需要运用到软件技术,比如企业人事信息管理这一块,如何运用计算机技术来提升对企业人事的管理已经成为企业的一项重要课题。人事管理的好坏关乎到企业的生存和未来的发展,所以对于企业的人事管理部门来说,迫切的需要一个可以满足本企业对员工信息和企业信息进行管理的系统[1]。72974
运用计算机专业技术建立系统对企业人事进行管理具有传统方式不能企及的优点,它比传统方式反应更加迅速,更加规范。本系统的开发设计基于软件工程的开发原则,在进行相应需求分析的基础上,使用myeclispe作为开发工具,并且mysql作为数据库工具,对企业人事管理的功能进行划分实现。系统主要分为管理员和用户两个模块,主要实现了对企业基本信息以及员工基本信息的实时管理。

Use of computer professional technology to establish a system to the enterprise personnel management has the advantage that the traditional way can not match, it is much more quickly than traditional way of reaction, the more the norm。 The development and design of this system is based on the development of software engineering principles, on the basis of the corresponding demand analysis, USES myeclispe as a development tool, and mysql as the database tool, the function of the business enterprise personal management implementation。 System is mainly pided into two modules, administrators and users is mainly realized the basic information of the enterprise and the real time management of the basic information of the employees。
