摘要Google Earth 图像以精度高、信息丰富和免费使用等特点，正逐步给人们的工作和生活带来方便。如何将Google Earth 图像制作成地图、 提取感兴趣的信息， 是人们普遍关心的问题。

本文是以大学为例，利用Google Earth中下载的清晰影像为底图，并结合AutoCAD强大的图形编辑功能，进行地形图绘制的过程。文中是以地图扫描矢量化为理论基础，详细描述了Google Earth图像获取、图像尺寸校正、图像数字化、地图整饰等过程，并对地图矢量化关键技术进行解释。与全站仪野外数据采集和摄影测量矢量化相比，这种方法能有效减少工作量，减少投入。73882

Abstract Google Earth image with high accuracy, information-rich and free-use features, is gradually to people's work and life convenient。 How Google Earth image made into a map to extract information of interest is a question of general interest。

This article is based on Jiangsu Normal University campus Quanshan example, using Google Earth download sharp images as basemaps, and combined with the powerful AutoCAD graphics editing functions, the course of the topographic mapping。 The paper is scanned map vector into the theoretical basis, a detailed description of the Google Earth image acquisition, image size correction, digital images, maps and other finishing processes, and vector map of key technologies will be explained。 Compared with the total station vectorization field data acquisition and photogrammetry, this method can effectively reduce the workload and reduce investment。
