摘要:近些年,随着电子商务和快递业的迅猛发展,包裹数量逐年增加,同时,消费者在网购的过程中,对物流服务质量及效率也提出了更高的要求,电商公司和快递企业在物流末端配送服务中发现,取件网点建设较少,单纯的上门投递方式造成妥投率不高且可能产生二次投递等,都成为制约物流服务质量和效率的关键因素。在这样的大环境下促进了菜鸟驿站的产生和发展,本文介绍了电子商务条件下仓储物流的特点和重要意义,菜鸟驿站的选址问题以及系统仿真的相关知识。并提出利用Arena仿真建立模型,理论联系实际情况,对菜鸟驿站取件流程进行模拟,搭建出合适的仿真模型,并提出合理的建议,从而提高菜鸟驿站的工作效率,缩短消费者取件的等待时间。在菜鸟驿站的选址问题中,提出了利用AHP层次分析法对问题进行研究,从而选择最优的菜鸟驿站网点。76162

Simulation and Optimization of Rookie station
