摘要随着我国房地产行业的飞速发展，为了提高房产中介对房源信息的管理和信息的处理能力和为了方便房主对房屋信息的发布，二手房屋在线销售系统的设计与实现的建设为房产中介和房主提供了一个信息服务的平台，房产经纪人和或房主可以发布房源出售信息，客户可以通过网站查找到自己需要的房源信息。76215

本系统是利用C#语言作为开发语言，Microsoft Visual Studio 2008，SQL Server2008作为后台数据库为开发工具，用户可以登录本网站了解最新的二手房源信息，可以查看房地产的相关新闻法规信息，查询房源信息，发布二手房信息等等。

二手房屋在线销售系统的设计与实现不仅方便了房地产中介行业管理者和房主，而且改善了二手房的人工管理模式。
