摘要现代计算机系统的监控与维护日益复杂。系统维修人员需要及时解决收集到的问题 报告，即“工作票”。通过对工作票的挖掘可以提高系统维护效率。本课题的出发点在于 帮助系统管理员维护和分析工作票，并将结果可视化来展示知识发现的过程。78750

基于上述目的，本文设计与实现了一个工作票管理和分析系统，由工作票管理模块和 工作票分析模块构成。作为基础模块，工作票管理模块负责工作票的存储、导入导出、统 计等。在此基础上，设计并实现了工作票分析模块。该模块针对工作票数据的特点，采用 了一种基于层次和特征向量相结合的工作票建模方法描述工作票，并采用基于时间序列 的预测算法，预测了工作票数量变化趋势。最后，本文对系统的可行性进行了研究。

Title Trouble Ticket Management and Analysis System

Abstract Monitoring and maintenance of modern computer systems are becoming more and more complicated。 Maintenance teams need to resolve these problems by tickets, which is called "trouble ticket"。 Ticket mining can significantly improve the efficiency of system maintenance。 This subject aims to help system administrators maintain and analyze trouble tickets, and provide visualization to show the process of knowledge discovery。

For these purposes, we designed and developed a trouble ticket management and analysis system。 The ticket management module is the basic module which is responsible for ticket storage, import and export, and statistics of data maintenance。 On top of that, we implemented ticket analysis module。 According to the characteristics of trouble tickets, we used a modeling approach which combines ticket-level and feature vector to describe them。 Besides, we used Time Series Forecasting algorithms to predict the trends of ticket number。 Finally, we discussed the feasibility of the system。
