Abstract This article  is  about  the  design  and  implementation  of  anti  plagiarism  system  based on Moodle platform, and introduces how to develop the Moodle open source teaching m anagement platform which is  popular  at  present。  The  function  will  be  to  develop  a  Moo dle  plug-in  way  to  achieve。  The  plugin  is  mainly  on  the  Moodle  submitted  to  the  work of plagiarism detection。 Due to the Moodle  technical  information  is  not  enough  authority。 And now some of the Moodle two development of the basic content of  the  paper  is  a mbiguous。  Have  little  help  to  the  readers。  So  this  article  will  stand  in  the  reader's  point of  view,  detailed  introduction,  accurate,  will  not  be  ambiguous。  This  article  first   discusse s some of the  basic  functions  of  Moodle  and  the  subject  of  the  research  module,  the  stu dy of the technology。 Then it introduces the  detailed  design  ideas  and  specific implement ation methods and  development  process  of  the  system。  At  last,  this  paper  introduces  how to  deploy  and  apply  the  system  to  the  teacher's computer。
