本网站运用 MyEclipse14。0 作为开发工具，Tomcat7 为服务器，MySQL 作为数据 库，JDK7 为运行环境，Photoshop 作为图像处理软件，来设计一个基于 B/S 的房屋租 售网站。

本网站以 JSP 为显示层，Servlet 为控制层，JavaBean 为业务逻辑层来开发一个 符合 MVC 的房屋租售网站,同时本网站运用 jQuery 进行页面效果渲染，运用 Ajax 进 行前后台页面数据传送。本网站分为前台和后台两部分，前台部分作为网站的门户精 心设计，后台部分用于管理。

网站经过一系列的需求分析，设计和编码等工作，前台实现了登录注册、城市定 位、新闻展示、房屋信息展示、房屋信息发布、地图导航、房屋检索、个人中心、在 线咨询等模块；后台实现了管理员登录、管理员信息、用户信息、房屋信息、新闻发 布模块。

本文主要对该网站的前后台进行了概要设计和详细设计，阐述了房屋租售网站的 设计过程，同时也对网站不足之处做了分析。

Abstract In the 21st century, with the use of developed Internet, people do not need to walk a long way to rent rooms, which could waste a lot of time。 The online room rental website can bring convenience to landlords and tenants。 The landlords public the information of the room on the Internet, and then the renters can check these information and then  contact with the landlords。 In this way, both landlord and tenant can save time and money。

MyEclipse14。0, Tomcat7, MySQL database, JDK7 and Photoshop are the techniques for creating this website which is B/S-based。

In this website, JSP is the view, Servlet is the controller and JavaBean is the MODEL。 Hence, this website meets the MVC architectural pattern。 Meanwhile, jQuery is applied to complete page rendering, and Ajax is used to exchange data asynchronously between front and back ends。 The website is devided into front end and back end。 The front end is designed carefully to display information。 The back end is used to achieve background management。

After the requirements analysis, design process and programming。 Login and register, city localization, news display, room information display, room information publication, map navigation, room information retrieval, user space and online consulting are already achieved in the front end。 As for the back end, administrator login, administrator information, user information, room information and news publication are completed。

In this paper, the author discusses the brief design and detailed design of the front and back ends of this website, the design process of the room rental website and makes an analysis of the shortages of this website。
