摘要：昕龙时公司项目管理系统对所有做项目的人员能够顺利完成项目规划以及在计划时间内完成项目任务提供一个标准化、精细化、规范化、科学化的环境。本文主要描述了项目管理的重要性以及实现项目管理需要完成的任务，着重昕龙时公司项目管理系统中的功能需求，阐述了所有项目管理系统中所具备的项目特点和科学化需求，并糅合目前世界级软件开发的主流技术，最后选择了Java技术作为项目开发与设计的主要技术。本系统以昕龙时公司的项目管理特点做为项目开发的主线，制定项目管理系统从项目开始到结束的整个管理过程，最后实现项目整个存活周期的管理任务；系统主要是设计昕龙时项目管理系统，设计功能需要包括项目合同管理模块、项目人员管理模块和客户管理模块、进度管理模块、材料管理模块、文档管理模块和资金管理模块等。本文主要从可行性分析、需求分析、详细设计、数据库设计、界面设计、实现以及测试等方面进行详细叙述。80383
