摘要:当今社会经济快速发展,许多人都选择自主创业,涌现出许多新兴企业,而决定一个企业的发展的重要因素之一就是这家企业的员工的知识层面和技术掌握程度。高质量的企业员工来自高薪聘请和企业对员工的企业培训,高薪聘请不是每个企业都能承受的,而通过企业对自己的员工进行有针对性的培训,更加高效,经济。所以我想到做这份企业员工培训机构管理系统的毕业设计,方便企业对员工培训时记录与考核,便于管理员工,也是员工考核的重要凭证。在开发这套系统时,选用了基于web的设计,现如今的很多企业都有自己的官网,可以使这个系统更加适应于企业员工使用。这篇论文简单的介绍了这套企业员工培训机构管理系统的开发背景;然后对这个课题的每个环节的详细分析;接着详细的为我们讲解这套系统的设计;最后是测试环节,对本课题所开发的系统进行一个完整的测试,最后总结这次毕业设计的全部过程和心得领悟,并提出了本设计的不足之处。80697
