摘要知识管理作为一种全新的应用于商业发展的技术已经变成了现代企业竞争力和 创造力的主要源泉。知识管理目的在于让最准确的知识能够在最合适的时间和地点传 达给最有需求的人，来帮助他们做出正确的决策，最终目的是让每一个人和企业都能 得到进步，增加企业的盈利能力，提高企业的竞争力。地域是知识所处的地理位置信 息（经纬度、时区、国家、省市）的综合体。地域是知识的一个基本属性，所以要对 知识管理中的地域信息进行管理。80847

在本文中讲述了知识管理中地域管理的研究，目的是按地域分类和整理大量的知 识和信息。地域管理系统是一个智能化的知识库管理系统，主要功能是系统地管理地 域相关的各方面知识，更好地为企业提供服务。

实验结果表明，地域管理可以对知识实现分地域的整理，为企业提供更有价值的 信息，从而极大的提高企业的工作效率，使企业在复杂的竞争中具有更大的优势。由 此，地域管理对于知识管理来说具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract As a formal business method, Knowledge Management (KM) was the power source of enterprise innovation。 KM’s aim is to transfer the most appropriate knowledge to the most appropriate person at the most appropriate time and place to make the best decisions。 The KM’s last aim is to promote the enterprise and inpidual to progress, and promote enterprise competitiveness and profitability。 Region is a set of geographic position

information (including: longitude, latitude, time zone, nation, province and city)。 Region is one of the basic property of knowledge, so it is essential to manage region information in the KM system。

This paper mainly researches the Region Management (RM) in KM, the aim is to classify and reorganize the knowledge and information according to region。 RM system is a intelligent KM system, and main function is to manage regional knowledge and information to provide the better service。

Experimental results show that, RM can reorganize the knowledge according to region information, greatly improve the enterprise’s efficiency, and bring greater competivity to the enterprise。Thus, RM has very important meaning to the KM。 Key words: Knowledge management; Region management; Knowledge base
