摘要中国是一个十分注重饮食的传统大国，但目前大部分的酒店仍处 于老旧的传统运营模式，花费了大量的人力物力财力却仍旧管理效率 低下。在传统运营模式下，这类中小型酒店很容易造成订餐失误，账 单结算错误，营业记录丢失等情况。凭借手工管理酒店运营已经不再 适合了，必须在运营中加入智能管理，只有这样才能在投入最低成本 的条件下，最大程度的实现资源的有效利用，所以靠信息化进行酒店 餐饮管理势在必行。81513

这篇论文通过分析、模拟酒店的管理及其营销的工作流程，从而研 发了一套完整的“酒店餐饮管理系统”，使得酒店的营销管理更加的简 捷，易于上手操作。该系统基于 JSP 技术的使用，以 SQL 为后台数据库。 详尽的介绍了酒店餐饮的营销管理的流程，分析了系统的结构体系以及 系统的流程图，酒店餐饮管理系统包括了 5 个模块：数据库访问模块、 前台营销模块、后台管理模块、营业记录模块和显示界面模块。凭借使 用该系统可以大大减少酒店运营的成本，降低酒店餐饮运营过程中造成 失误的可能性。

This  paper, through  the analysis, the working  process of the    simulation of the hotel management and marketing, resulted in the development of a complete "hotel and catering management system", the hotel marketing management more simple, easy-to-use operation。 The system is based on the use of JSP technology to SQL as the background database。  Detailed introduces the process of the marketing management of hotel and catering, analyzed the system structure and the flow chart of the system, hotel and catering management system includes five modules: database access module, in front of the marketing module, acquired management module, business module to record and display interface module。 With the use of the system can greatly reduce the cost of hotel operations, reduce the possibility of hotel catering operations caused by mistakes。
