摘要在现如今的国内发展趋势下，经济不断的增强促进了现代化进程不断加快，各种 私家车的数量也在不断增加。随着车流量的增长，停车场的管理压力也越来越大。大 量的私家车渐渐出现在各各本不允许停车的街头巷尾，这些行为不仅对市容造成了一 定的影响，造成交通的拥堵及绿化的损坏，更危险的是，这还有可能形成安全的隐患。 虽然各城市停车场的数量不断增加，但仍无法跟上车辆数量增长的趋势，这时公众对 停车场的关注点主要集中在其管理的模式与其该如何正确的改进上。在各种停车场 里，大多数车辆停留的时间是很短的，这样的话，停车场就需要找到一种操作便捷易 懂，计费便捷合理且无差错的管理系统来应对这样的难题。现在大多数停车场普遍采 用人工收取停车费用的做法，在安全与管理上存在着很多的不足，可能造成很多细节 上的失误。

该停车场管理系统采用 ASP。NET 技术，先总结出该系统的需求分析，再提出系 统的设计目标总体架构并设计相关功能模块，其设计过程严格遵循软件工程的思想。 通过该停车场管理系统，将实现停车管理的智能化，为使用该系统的企业节约大量的 人力资源，增加企业的收入并使其管理操作更加合理。81517

Abstract Nowadays,under the development trend of our country,with the continuous development of economy,the modernization process has been speeding up, the number of all kinds of private cars is also increasing。 As the growth of the traffic, the parking lot management is under more and more pressure。 Gradually a large number of private cars appear in the street where don’t allow parking in, these behaviors not only had a bad effects on the city, causing traffic jams and damage in the landscape, even more dangerous, it is likely to form the safe hidden trouble。 Although the number of urban parking lots is growing but still couldn't keep up with the increase in the number of vehicles, then the public focus mainly concentrated in its management mode and how to correct improvement。 In all kinds of parking lot, most of the vehicles just stay for a short time, as a result,what we need to do is find a parking lot management which is convenient and easy to understand, convenient billing and error-free reasonable to deal with this problem。 Now most widely used artificial charge parking fees, there are many deficiencies in security and management, may cause many errors in details。

The parking lot management system use the ASP。NET technology, at first, we summary the demand analysis of the system, then we put forward the design of the system goal overall architecture and relevant function module design, the design process strictly follow the ideas of software engineering。Through the parking lot management system, we will implement the intelligent parking management, the enterprise which uses this system will save a lot of human resources, increase the income of enterprises and make its operation more reasonable。
