摘要用旋转粘度计测定液体的粘度是目前最为普遍采用的方法,本人对目前广泛使用 的旋转粘度计的结构和检测机理做了进一步的分析,并分析了液体层流速度对测量结 果精度的影响 ,指出了用旋转式粘度计测量液体粘滞系数时的适用条件和正确的使 用方法。85065
首先,本文阐述了旋转粘度计的必要性,介绍了国内外粘度计发展历程及现状, 列出了目前粘度计存在的一些缺点。
其次,简单介绍了旋转粘度计的基本结构,对旋转粘度计的框架和升降系统以及 测量系统主要元件的各种形式的性能进行了综合比较,完成了对主要元件的型式的选 择和匹配,选用小型同步电机作为旋转粘度计的电机。根据粘度计的测量需要,设定 整体尺寸参数。
最后,在 solidworks 软件中建立了旋转粘度计的三维模型,并进行了粘度计工况 的仿真模拟。仿真结果基本符合想要实现的功能,从而验证了本文设计方案的合理性。

Abstract Determination of liquid viscosity with a rotational viscometer is currently the most commonly used method。 The structure and detection mechanism of rotary viscometer of the widely used has made the further analysis, and the influence of liquid laminar flow velocity on the measuring result accuracy has analyzed, and it is pointed out that conditions for the measurement of liquid viscosity when the rotary viscometer and the right to use。
Firstly, this paper expounds the necessity of the rotating viscometer, introduces the history and current situation of the domestic and foreign development lists some of the shortcomings of the viscometer。
Secondly, a brief introduction of the basic structure of rotary viscometer has been given。 The rotational viscometer frame and lifting system and various forms of the main components of the measurement system performance were compared。 The completion of the main components of the type selection and matching。 Selection of small synchronous motor as motor rotational viscometer。 According to the needs of the overall size of viscometer measurement, setting parameters。
Finally, in the SolidWorks simulation software and the simulation model of rotary viscometer is established, and the simulation test is carried out。 The simulation results basically want to achieve the function, which verifies the rationality of the design scheme。
