摘要船舶是水上货运,保家卫国,水上工作的重要载体。船舶动力装置是船舶上的机电装置和动力装置的总称,主要包括主机装置、辅助机械装置、保护船舶的设备及保证船上人员平时生活所需要的设备和节能减排的装置等。船舶动力装置是船舶的至关重要的一部分,它为船舶航行,船员生活提供推进动力,日常电力和日常用热等能量[1]。86940
由此可见船舶动力装置是一个至关重要的部分,本文以新一代新型节能减排的万箱集装箱船为研究载体。基于当下节能减排的思想,主要利用科学的热力学第二定律㶲分析方法对船舶动力装置进行详细的计算和分析,其中重点解析了船舶的主柴油机和船舶余热回收系统。
本文首先介绍了动力装置系统以及热平衡和㶲分析的方法的定义和概念,然后采用㶲分析方法具体分析了船舶在ISO工况下船舶主机的能耗组成和能量动力的利用情况,并根据计算的结果绘制了船舶整体的㶲流图。最后,根据船舶的主柴油机和船舶余热回收系统计算结果,分析了其能源利用状况及造成㶲损失的原因。并联系万箱集装箱船自身特点,对此万箱集装箱船㶲损最大的主柴油机㶲损及余热回收系统中余热锅炉㶲损提出了改进措施。

Abstract Ships are the tools of water transport, homework and defend the defense。Ship power plant is the floorboard of the mechanical and electrical equipment and systems on ships,it consists of the main propulsion system,auxiliary power unit,the equipment ensure safety of marine life, the boat to a normal life and protect the environment。Ship power equipment is an important part of the ship, it is normal for ship sailing, homework, fighting, and other needs to provide propulsion and various secondary energy such as electricity, steam, hot water, compressed air of a complex set of mechanical and electrical equipment。
So the ship power plant is a crucial part,in this paper, the new generation 10000TEU container ship of environmentally friendly and energy saving is the main study object。In view of the idea of energy conservation and emissions reduction,mainly using the scientific analysis of the second law of thermodynamics exergy detailed calculation and analysis of ship power plant。Analyzed the ship's main diesel engine and ship waste heat power generation system。
First of all, this paper introduces the energy conservation and emissions reduction environment significance of energy saving energy analysis and the study on the energy analysis and energy saving at home and abroad related research status, and illustrates the research value of this article。Second, with the need of energy distribution study relevant theoretical support, so the energy system are introduced and the analysis of the thermal equilibrium and exergy analysis method of theoretical knowledge。Then,under the working condition of ISO ship diesel energy distribution and effective utilization are analyzed in detail, mapped the Marine diesel engine according to the result of calculation exergy flow graph。Finally, refer to the experimental results, the paper analyzes the reasons of low energy efficiency, and suggestions are put forward combined with the characteristics of the new generation 10000TEU container ship energy management。
