摘要 :传统压扁机工作形式的局限性使得其已经难以适应现代机械加工的自动化、 高效化、低人工成本化。而随着生活条件的日益提高,人们对石油的依赖与消 耗在新能源出来之前只会日益增长,从而使得产生的废旧油桶只会愈来愈多。 这也就需要油桶压扁机随之换代升级。 

Y82W-63 型卧式全自动油桶压扁机生产线是在废旧油桶运输前对其进行压 扁操作的一条生产线,以流水线的形式取代旧有的单纯压扁器械,从而在节省 人力的同时高效的处理废旧油桶。 

本课题主要工作如下。 

(1)全自动油桶压扁机生产线的液压系统设计,以及整条生产线的控制 系统设计。 

(2)对主要零部件如电机、油泵等进行计算选型,确保动力源能够满足 系统需求。然后是控制方案的选择,最终选择了 PLC 的控制方案,因其整体可 靠性较高。 

(3)深入分析整个生产线的工作流程,利用 FluidSIM 软件进行控制系统 的初步设计,利用软件对控制系统仿真运行,检查是否有逻辑错误,并设计在 出现意外情况时的处理办法。 

(4)然后就是对所有的输入输出分配 I/O 地址,同时分配好 PLC 的内部 虚拟地址,画出 PLC 接线示意图。最后利用 S7-200 编程软件编译 PLC 控制程 序,并利用仿真软对程序仿真,确保程序无误。

The main work of this topic is as follows.

(2) the main components such as motors, pumps and other calculation and selection, to ensure that the power source to meet the system needs. And then the choice of control options, the final choice of the PLC control program, because of its overall reliability is higher.

(3) Depth analysis of the entire production line workflow, the use of FluidSIM software for the initial design of the control system, the use of software to control the system simulation run to check whether there is a logical error, and design in the event of unexpected situations.

(4) and then all the input and output is assigned I/O address, while the allocation of the PLC's internal virtual address, draw the PLC wiring diagram. Finally, using the S7-200 programming software to compile the PLC control program, and use the simulation software to simulate the program to ensure that the program is correct.
