摘要:随着科技的进步,人们对消费类电子产品的要求越来越高。电子产品极快的更新速度,让传统的塑料模具设计与制造模式已经跟不上时代的步伐。使用CAE技术模拟塑料成型过程来预测可能出现的问题,并给出相应的解决方案,避免了传统模式下试模后发现问题然后修模的过程,节省大量的人力物力和时间。

本论文以电声产品夹子盖为研究对象,运用MoldFlow软件对产品进行模流分析,确定了产品的浇口位置及数量,产品的型腔排布和浇口形式和模具冷却系统位置的确定并对塑件进行了填充、保压、冷却、翘曲分析,在分析过程中对一系列参数进行了优化。考虑到塑件为薄壳体,翘曲量对塑件质量影响特别大,设计正交实验寻找出翘曲量最小的最佳参数组合。最后将模拟结果运用到模具设计过程中,继承模拟分析中的浇口位置及数量,浇注系统和冷却系统的数据,最终设计出模具二维和三维图。

Abstract:With the progress of science and technology, people's demand for consumer electronics products is getting higher and higher. Electronic products extremely fast update speed, so that the traditional plastic mold design and manufacturing model has been unable to keep up with the pace of the times. Using CAE technology to simulate the plastic molding process to predict the possible problems, and give the corresponding solution, to avoid the traditional model after the test model and then repair the problem and then  repair  the  process, save a lot  of manpower  and material  resources  and time.

In this paper, the product of the electro-acoustic product was used as the object of study, MoldFlow software was used to analyze the product, and the position and quantity of the product were determined. The cavity arrangement and the gate form and the mold cooling system were determined. The plastic parts were filled with packing, packing, cooling and warping analysis, and a series of parameters were optimized during the analysis. Taking into account the plastic parts for the thin shell, the amount of warp on the quality of plastic parts is particularly large, the design of orthogonal experiments to find the minimum amount of warping the best parameter combination. Finally, the simulation results are applied to the mold design process. The data of the  gate  position and quantity, the pouring system and the cooling system in the simulation analysis are inherited,   and the  mold  is  designed  in  two dimensions   and  three dimensions.
