摘要本毕业设计以140mm森林灭火弹为研究对象,总体完成灭火弹的整体外形结构设计,使各个结构连接结构合理,能满足灭火弹强度要求,整体布局合理,方便装配,便于使用与文修。为满足相应射程要求和灭火效果,本毕业设计需要对灭火弹整体进行气动力计算和内弹道计算,在进行弹道计算前,首先使用 missile-Datcom 灭火弹的气动力参数和压心稳定储备量进行计算,将结果与笔算结果进行对比,满足要求后进行灭火弹的内弹道计算,根据灭火弹的射程需要,设计装药和发动机尺寸,计算发动机的压力随时间变化曲线。内弹道计算完成后,计算外弹道,考虑到灭火弹射程近,飞行高度低,采用无修正的质点弹道进行计算灭火弹的飞行轨迹和射程。整体验证计算结束后,进行弹的实际发射试验。27372 毕业论文关键词 灭火弹 结构设计 外弹道 内弹道 气动力
