本文以设计三通管拉制仪材料分配系数精密控制系统为目标,采用永磁式步进电机为执行器,STC89C52单片机为核心,利用MFC和MSCOMM控件实现串口编程和通信,设计了步进电机驱动控制系统。进行了三通管拉制实验,利用步进电机系统控制三通管拉制过程中芯丝的进给,控制精度达2μm,初步实现了三通管拉制仪材料分配系数的精确控制。5383

Title Design of Material Distribution Coefficient Precision
Control System for the Puller for Fabricating Three-way
Microchannels
Abstract In order to fabricate material distribution coefficient precision control system for the puller for fabricating three-way microchannels, a permanent magnet stepper motor was used as actuators. The target used the AT89S52 as the core and used MFC and MSCOMM for serial programming and communications, to build stepper motor driver control system using AT89S52 MCU as the core. In the experiment of pulling for fabricating three-way microchannels, the program used a stepper motor system to control the core wire feed during the process of pulling for fabricating three-way microchannels, the control precision reached 2μm, initially realized the precise control of Material distribution coefficient for the puller for fabricating three-way microchannels.
