摘要低压注塑行业是国内这几年的新兴行业,发展非常迅速,这就推动了低压注塑机的不断改进、优化。螺杆是注塑机的关键部件,对塑料的塑化质量以及效率都有很大的影响,因此,注塑螺杆的各项参数都需要仔细推敲,以期获得优质的塑料制品。
本次毕业设计是在查阅大量资料的基础上对螺杆式低压注塑机的各部分进行设计,其中主要是注塑螺杆的设计,根据螺杆挤出理论的相关计算方法,结合以往注塑螺杆设计的经验,计算出注塑螺杆的各项参数并进行强度分析。此外,对注塑机的几个主要构成部分如喷嘴、定量机构、驱动机构、进料机构以及散热机构进行设计,画出它们的结构三文图,最后对重要零件进行强度校核。
在设计过程中,要先用SOLIDWORKS软件画出螺杆注塑机的零件图和装配图,对其中的关键且易发生失效的部位进行ANSYS强度分析,主要是螺杆和枪针这两个零件,通过分析可以看出它们符合强度要求。30612

Title Design of mechanical structure based on V-type screw device
Abstract
Low-pressure injection molding industry is an emerging industry in recent years,is developing rapidly,which promotes the continuous improvement and optimization of low-pressure injection molding machine.Screw is the key component of injection molding machine,which has a great impact on the quality and efficiency of plastic, therefore,the parameters of the injection screw need scrutiny, in order to obtain high quality plastic products.
This design for the sections of screw-type low pressure injection molding machine is based on a great amount of information,the design of injection screw is principally,according to the correlation calculation method based on screw theory, combined with past experiences in design of injection screw,calculate the parameters of the injection screw and frame strength analysis.In addition,do a design of the injection molding machine's main components such as the nozzles, quantitatively, drive mechanism,feeding mechanism and heat dissipation mechanism, draw their three dimensional diagram,and finally do strength analysis for the important parts.
In the design process, with SOLIDWORKS software,draw detail drawing and Assembly drawing of screw injection molding machine,do the strength analysis of failure-prone parts with ANSYS, mostly screw and needle gun,through analysis,we can see that they meet the strength requirements.
