摘要随着我国高等教育的发展和高校教学改革的不断深入,全面推进素质教育,探索和建立我国高等学校应用型本科人才,提高学生的实验技能和工作实践能力,材料力学实验课时不但没有减少,反而在逐渐增加。本课题将围绕应用技术型本科人才培养需要,结合课堂理论教学,设计一套模拟实验系统,主要研究材料力学的基本实验,主要围绕拉伸、压缩、弯曲、扭转等四种基本变形。此次实验装置设计包括实验模拟方案的选定,以及设备元件的选择,对各部件的校核等。最终需要完成一些力学模拟实验台,可以让学生自己动手进行模拟实验,以此增加学生对材料性质的理性认识。以至于让学生能够在实验中理解力学材料性质的强度、刚度等,并对部分杆件进行强度校核。46391 毕业论文关键词:材料力学;实验系统;变形;设计
ABSTRACT With the development of higher education in our country and the continuous deepening of the reform of college teaching,comprehensively promote quality education,to explore and establish applied undergraduate talents in colleges and universities in China,improve the students' experimental skills and practice ability,material mechanics experiment lesson not only failed to reduce,it is gradually increase.This topic will be around the application of technical undergraduate course personnel training needs, combining the theory of classroom teaching, and design a simulation system,Is a major researcher on the basic of material mechanics experiment, pull, pressure, bending and torsion deformation of four basic.The experiment device selection of design scheme including simulation, and the choice of equipment parts, of the various components of the check, etc.Eventually need to complete some mechanics simulation test bench, can let the students themselves to simulate experiment, thus increasing the student to the material properties of rational knowledge.That allow students to understand the mechanics of material properties in the experiment, the strength, stiffness, etc., and the section bar intensity.
