辊式矫直机的传动设计摘要:辊式矫直机由上下两排相互交错排列的矫直辊、机架和传动装置等部件组成,被矫直钢材通过交错排列的矫直辊,经过多次反复弯曲得到矫正。本论文重点对辊式矫直机的工作原理、特点、结构等进行了介绍,同时对二辊棒材矫直机传动部分的计算进行了分析,提出了本次设计二辊棒材矫直机传动的基本思路:电机—减速箱—万向接轴输出到矫直机主体。计算了矫直机传动部分的相关内容,并对减速箱内的齿轮、轴和轴承等进行了设计和校核。7095

The Transmission Design of Roller Leveler
Abstract: Roller straightening machine consists of two rows of mutually staggered straightening rollers, racks and gear and other components, was straightening steel straightening rolls through staggered, after repeatedly bending been corrected. This article focuses on the roller straightening machine working principle, characteristics, structure, etc. were introduced, while the two roll bar straightening machine transmission part of the calculation performed analysis, proposed this design two roll bar straightening machine drive the basic idea: Motor - gearbox - universal joint shaft output to the straightening machine body. Calculated leveler transmission part of the relevant content, and deceleration inside the gears, shafts and bearings were designed and checked.
