摘要根据凸轮机构在机械领域的发展设计现状以及实际工程问题,提出并建立一般规律性凸轮的理论轮廓曲线设计数学模型,并在理论设计的基础上加入实际分析及matlab调试与solidworks建模仿真,直观的输出设计出的凸轮及质心位移,速度,加速度曲线图,验算设计结果。同时在一定程度上提出初期工程设计中的优化方案及解决办法。49635

设计方案以凸轮从动件的运动规律作为切入点,具体分析匀速,匀加速匀减速,正弦,余弦这四种典型运动规律的函数计算公式,结合滚子推杆,平底推杆,滚子摆杆这三种典型输出机构,运用matlab做三组典型的凸轮轮廓曲线设计程序,与此同完善非规律性的组合凸轮机构设计,运用极坐标式子补充设计非规律性双凸轮组合机构。最后加入压力角与曲率半径的验算公式,在设计初期避免凸轮机构的自锁保证正常运行。为了有更加直观的优化设计参考,本设计引入了solidworks建模仿真,直观的查看输出件运行状态,方便了轮廓曲线优劣性的判断,为进一步的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract

According to the status quo of the development of design of the cam mechanism in the mechanical field, as well as practical engineering problems, and to establish a general theory of regularity cam profile curve design mathematical model, and in the theoretical design based on the actual analysis and matlab debugging with solidworks modeling and simulation, visualthe output of the design of the cam and the center of mass displacement, velocity, acceleration curves and checking the design results. At the same time to a certain extent the way of the initial engineering design optimization programs and solutions.

    Design programs for the law of motion of the cam follower as a starting point specific analysis of the uniform,uniformly accelerated uniform deceleration,the functions of sine, cosine,four typical sports law formula,combination roller putter putter flat,roller swingpole three typical output mechanism,the use of matlab to do three sets of typical cam profile design process,and with the perfect combination of non-regular cam mechanism design,the use of polar coordinates formula supplement designed non-regularity cam combination mechanism.The last to join the pressure angle and radius of curvature of checking formulas,early in the design to avoid the self-locking of the cam mechanism to ensure normal operation,In order to have a more intuitive optimized reference design,the design introduces solidworks modeling and simulation,intuitive view the output running state,and facilitate the contour curves of the merits of the judgment,to provide a reference for further optimization of design.
