摘要整体叶轮是曲面零件中的典型应用,其有叶片薄,扭曲大,叶片间隔小等外形特点。至今已被广泛应用于离心压缩机、内燃机增压器、离心叶片泵等机械设备。它的加工精度和表面质量对机械工作性能的影响极大。若利用四轴加工中心一次完成叶轮全部型面的加工,可以有效确保整体叶轮的加工质量和精度。50744

本文首先采用Pro/ENGINEER软件完成对一种径流式整体叶轮的三维造型。而后,用Mastercam软件完成叶轮四轴联动加工的刀具路径规划,通过后置处理生成可以在MVC-850四轴加工中心上运行的NC代码。最后,用VERICUT软件来验证NC代码,并且对程序进行优化,从而提高加工效率及加工质量。

    本文引入了先进的数控加工理念,将传统的机械加工与先进的编程及仿真理念相结合。随着数控机床向复杂化、智能化以及自动化方向发展,一些复杂零件仅依靠数控编程是不能完成零件的机械加工的,模拟仿真已经是复杂零件加工中不可或缺的一个环节。因此,无论是大专院校的数控教学,还是工厂的实际加工,工作者学习并掌握一些优秀的数控编程和仿真软件是非常有必要的。本文以Mastercam和VERICUT为例,阐述了数控程序编制及代码验证、优化的具体过程。

本设计与企业相关数控机床结合后,可用于整体叶轮的生产。

Abstract

Integral impellers are the typical products of the curved parts , which has the features of thin blade,largely twisted surface,small space between two blades.They have been widely used in centrifugal compressors, engine turbocharger vane centrifugal pumps and other mechanical equipments. Its precision and surface quality greatly affect the performance of the mechine.Using a 4-axis CNC to complete machining all surface of the impeller can guarantee the quality and precision.

   In this thesis, Pro/ENGINEER is used to complete the three-dimensional modeleing of an integral impeller.Then,Mastercam will be uded to programming the 4-axis simultaneous machining tool path of an impeller.Through post-processing,we can generate the NC code which can be run on MVC-850 4-axis CNC. Finally, VERICUT is taken to verify the NC code.We can optimize the program,thereby improving machining efficiency and machining quality.

In this paper, advanced machining concept is introduced.The traditional mechanical machining and advanced programming and simulation concepts are combined. With the complexity of the machine, intelligence and automation, some complex parts can’t be machininged with CNC programming alone,machining simulation has already been an integral part of the complex parts machining. Therefore, both the CNC teaching of the universities, or the actual machining of the factory, learning and mastering some excellent NC programming and simulation software is very necessary for the workers. In this paper, I take Mastercam and VERICUT for example, describe the specific process of the NC programming, verifying and optimizing of the NC code.

    If combined with the CNC machine tool in the factory, this design can be used for the production of integral impeller.
