摘要阐述了电液伺服阀驱动电路的功能和性能要求,给出了具有闭环、调零、颤振功能的电液伺服阀驱动电路设计过程以及相关计算。并利用 Multisim 11.0 仿真软件建模,对所设计的电液伺服阀驱动电路原理图进行特性分析。在仿真基础上在试验板进行调试和试验,并对做的电路进行实物测试,实验证明其测试结果与仿真结果相符。结果表明:该电路电流输出稳定、线性度好、动态性较好、调节方便,能达到设计目的。7765

Title Design and Simulation of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve Drive Circuit
Abstract
Expatiated the function and performance of the electro-hydraulic servo
valve drive circuit, and the design process and related calculations of
electro-hydraulic servo valve drive circuit with closed, zero adjustment,
and vibration signal function. Established the electric circuit simulation
model using simulation software Multisim 11.0, and characterized the
schematic of electro-hydraulic servo valve drive circuit designed.
Debugged and tested in the experimental board based on the simulation
foundation and implemented the practical test. The practical testing
result of the circuit agrees with the result of simulation. The result
indicates that the circuit has the advantages of stable output current,
good linearity and dynamic, convenient adjustment, and accords to the
requirement of design.
