摘要随着我国国民经济的快速稳定发展,钻杆在越来越多的地方得到了使用,特别是在勘探领域,如石油开采,工程技术越来越高,从而对钻杆的需求越来越大,越来越多的企业需要使用到钻杆,所以能够卸扣和拧紧钻杆的机器会越来越受到相关企业的青睐。钻杆质量大,体积大,容易变形弯曲但是这些特点导致了钻杆的拧紧和卸扣用人工去完成是不大现实的,这样不仅耗费工人时间和精力,还不能有效的完成任务,所以钻杆拧帽机对于有需求的企业是十分有必要的。58155

钻杆拧帽机钻杆定位装置是专门为钻杆拧帽机对钻杆进行拧紧和卸扣而设计的一个装置,具有结构紧凑,工作平稳,寿命长,一人即可操作等诸多优点。通过这个装置可实现钻杆的往返运动,升降运动和固定锁紧运动,所以装置的设计主要分为两个部分:装置的升降系统的设计和装置的往返系统设计。升降系统主要由滚筒,宝塔型弹簧,液压缸,直线位移传感器等组成;往返系统主要由液压系统,滚动轴承,轮子,夹具,直线位移传感器等组成;还有其他的附加零件,如导轨等。本文有实现两个液压缸的选型,滚动轴承的设计,装置浮动量的实现,导轨的选择等,本装置通过直线位移传感器获取移动数据,通过液压回路实现预订运动.,这个功能是由课题组其他成员去完成,所以在设计过程中要主动和课题组其他成员去交流沟通,以避免出现接洽不当等问题。
