摘要装甲目标如何有效防护弹丸爆炸冲击波对装甲目标内的设备及人员防护,一直是装甲目标的研究重点。特别是进入二十一世纪以来,世界各地的恐怖活动不断对人民的生命、财产安全和社会秩序造成了严重的威胁。特别是汽车炸弹,邮箱(垃圾箱)炸弹等,破坏威力大,拆除困难,如何减小炸弹爆炸造成的损伤,有效限制爆炸范围,是反恐防护的研究重点。为了有效抵抗冲击波和爆炸下的高强度应变载荷,越来越多的被攻击和防护目标已由原来的单层材料防护结构改为由多层材料组成的复合防护结构。其中以非金属材料作为夹层材料的“三明治”结构是一种比较典型的复合装甲结构。研究表明,具有软夹层的硬-软-硬(H-S-H)复合靶板具有明显的抗冲击与破坏能力。因此研究这种复合靶板抗冲击波特性机理对研制新型防护装甲和反恐防护材料都具有重要意义。

本文利用理论分析分析了冲击波在复合靶板中的传播规律,通ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值仿真研究了酚醛树脂 、陶瓷、橡胶材料为夹层结构的复合靶板的抗爆性能,分析了不同夹层厚度及夹层材料对整个靶板抗爆性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用用酚醛树脂作为夹层材料,且厚度为8mm时,复合靶板具有优异的抗爆性能。59842

Title    Study on anti shock wave characteristics   of typical composite plate                 

Abstract

Especially the car bomb, mailbox (trash) bombs, destroying the power of big, removal difficult, how to reduce the damage caused by the bomb blast, explosion effectively limit the scope of protection against terrorism research priorities. In order to effectively resist the shock wave and blast high-intensity strain under load, are increasingly being attacked and protection objective has been raised by a single layer of material protective structure to a multilayer dielectric composite protective structure. Wherein the non-metallic material as the sandwich material of the "sandwich" structure is a typical composite armor structure. Research shows that having a soft interlayer hard - soft - hard (HSH) target plate multilayer composite structure has obvious impact and destruction capabilities. So study this mechanism composite target shock wave characteristics on the development of new protective armor and a new co-armor weapons repeatedly has important significance.

In this paper, theoretical analysis of the shock wave propagation in composite target plate, through the ANSYS / LS-DYNA numerical simulation of a phenolic resin, ceramics, rubber material is a composite sandwich structure target plate antiknock characteristics analysis of different thickness and laminated sandwich material for the entire target plate antiknock performance. The results show that the phenolic resin as sandwich material, and the thickness is 8mm, the composite target plate has excellent antiknock.
