摘要雷管是一种爆炸危险品,本身具有殉爆的特性,雷管的殉爆是指当某发雷管爆炸能引发其周围一定距离的其他雷管也发生爆炸的现象。考虑到雷管在集中装运和存储条件下殉爆的危险性及危害显著的问题,因此有必要对现有雷管的包装采取防殉爆措施。而目前的防殉爆装置由于体积大不便携带,所以需要设计一种隔爆型小型爆炸物便携器。通过对材料的分析选取聚乙烯为雷管包装材料,利用爆炸力学建立模型,选择合理的材料模型和参数,然后通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行仿真分析,验证该模型的隔爆可靠性。通过LS-PREPOSE软件观察结果得出雷管座适用于尺寸小于 并且最低发火压强 的雷管。结合仿真得到的结果,用UG进行三维实体建模。建立了雷管座模型、箱体模型和其它各个部件的模型,并分析了便携器的特点,比较了原始方案和最终方案的优缺点,说明了改进依据及存在的问题。60583

Title  Principle Research and Design of  Flameproof Small Explosive Portable Device

Abstract

Detonator is an explosion of dangerous goods, with its own characteristics of detonation, detonation detonator is sent when a detonator explosion can cause a certain distance around it also occurred in other detonator explosion phenomenon. Taking into account the detonator in a centralized shipping and storage conditions, the risk of detonation and hazards significant problem, it is necessary to take the existing anti-detonator packaging detonation measures. Through the analysis of the material selected for the detonator polyethylene packaging material, the use of explosion modeling, a reasonable choice of material models and parameters, and then through the ANSYS / LS-DYNA simulation analysis to verify the reliability of the model explosion. By LS-PREPOSE Software observations derived device is suitable for smaller than and the pressure is greater than the minimum ignition  detonator. Combined with the simulation results obtained with UG three-dimensional solid modeling. Established a detonator seat model, cabinet model and various other parts models and analyze the characteristics of the portable device, comparing the original program and advantages and disadvantages of the final plan, indicating an improved basis and problems.
