摘要随着资源的紧缺,海洋逐渐成为人类新的开发区域。潜水器作为水下探测仪器以及人员的主要载体,其研究也越来越受到重视。潜水器通常是由满足水动力要求的轻外壳和为乘员提供常压工作环境的耐压壳组成。其中圆柱形和球形是潜水器耐压壳最重要的结构型式,其研究具有重要意义。63251

考虑到水下耐压舱的安全问题,首先,根据壳梁带计算力学模型,基于VB语言开发了耐压舱主要结构尺寸的计算程序,得到了满足设计要求的耐压舱圆柱壳以及半球封头的主要结构尺寸,并完成了耐压舱的结构设计。然后,基于ANSYS软件,分别对环肋圆柱壳以及半球封头进行静力学以及特征值屈曲分析,完成了耐压舱强度和稳定性校核,矩形、T形……等几种加肋形式的圆柱壳稳定性比较。本文旨在提高耐压舱结构设计质量和设计合理性,设计出满足工作要求的安全可靠的耐压舱壳体结构。

Title Design and Simulation of Pressure Hull’s  Structure

Abstract With the shortage of resources, the ocean is gradually becoming a new development area of the human. As the main carrier of the underwater detection equipment and people, the submersible is gaining more and more attention. The submersible is usually composed of the light shell which is to meet the requirements of hydrodynamic and the pressure hull which provides the crew with the atmospheric working environment .And cylindrical and spherical pressure hull is the most important type of the structure for the pressure hull . 

For the safety of the pressure hull under water,according to the computational mechanics model of the shell beam ,the calculation program is developed to calculate the main structural dimensions of the pressure hull based on VB language.The main structure size of the cylindrical shell with annular ribs and hemisphere head plate which meets the requirement is got.And the structural design of the pressure hull is completed .The static and eigen buckling analysis of the cylindrical shell with annular ribs and the hemisphere head plate is taken respectively based on ANSYS.Then the strength and stability of the pressure hull is checked.The stability of the cylindrical shell with different ribs ,such as Rectangle,T-shaped and so on,is compared.This paper is aimed at increasing the quality and rationality of the pressure hull and designing a safe and reliable pressure hull which meets the work requirement.
