摘要本文使用流动仿真方法,对火箭发动机拉瓦尔喷管流场在半圆形扰流片影响下的喷管推力特性:侧向推力、轴向推力损失、推力偏转角进行了分析。文中使用AutoCAD软件进行试验模型工程图绘制,使用UG软件进行流场模型绘制,使用ICEMCFD软件进行网格划分,使用Fluent软件进行流场仿真计算,得出了扰流片遮挡喷管出口面积比、扰流片轴向安装位置与发动机侧向推力、轴向推力损失、推力偏转角等控制量的关系。并利用Matlab将计算结果数据进行最小二乘法拟合获得工程经验公式,对燃气扰流片推力矢量控制系统设计提供了参考建议。8654

Title Jet Tab Thrust Vector Control System Design for Solid Rocket Engines
Abstract
In view of the rocket engine Laval nozzle flow field under the influence of semi-circle jet tab, the flow simulation method was used to explore the influence factors of side force, axial thrust loss and thrust deflection angle in this paper. AutoCAD software was used to draw engineering chart, UG software was used for flow field model draw, ICEMCFD software was used for grid generation and Fluent software was used for flow field calculation in this paper. Least square method was used in software of Matlab for data fitting, and concluded the relationship and engineering experience formula among the nozzle exit area blocking ratio, the distance between jet tab and bottom of nozzle, side force, axial thrust loss and thrust deflection angle. The advices for jet tab thrust vector control system design were provided.
