摘要为验证所设计的23mm高炮榴弹机械触发引信能否在保障己方人员安全的前提下使战斗部发挥预期的毁伤效果,对该引信进行尺寸链计算,对各零件进行强度校核,对发火可靠性和勤务处理安全性进行计算,尺寸链计算、强度校核和设计计算表明:该引信保险、解除保险、触发和自毁发火功能可靠;零部件强度合格;外形符合弹丸总体要求;得出结论:引信安全性和环境适应性等符合国家军用标准《引信安全设计准则》和《引信环境与性能试验方法》的相关要求,能够使弹丸发挥预期毁伤效果。68543

Abstract
To verify the design of the 23 mm Artillery Grenade mechanical trigger fuze can cause the expected damage on the premise of ensuring the safety of our own, calculating the dimension chain of the fuze ; checking the intensity of parts; calculating the reliability of ignition and the safety of service processing . The calculating of dimension chain 、the checking of intensity and the calculating of the design show that: The insurance 、remove insurance、trigger ignition and self-destructive of the fuze are reliable ;The intensity of parts are qualified ;The shape of the fuze conform to the overall requirements of the projectile .Then get the conclusion :fuze safety satisfies the relevant request of “Fuze Design, Safety Criteria for” and “Fuze environmental and performance test methods”, this design can get the expected damage.
