摘要基于一种折叠弹翼展开机构进行优化设计,得到了一种更加合理的新型折叠弹翼展 开机构。结合动力学仿真分析软件 ADAMS,得到了机构的最佳驱动源。基于非线性弹簧阻 尼模型,建立了弹翼展开机构间隙接触碰撞的数学模型,利用 ADAMS 软件对机构在最佳 驱动源下的展开过程进行动力学仿真分析,探究了不同间隙大小、间隙数量、材料等因 素在展开过程中对机构动态特性的影响。通过 ANSYS 软件对机构进行发射过程和展开过 程的有限元强度计算并进行优化设计,得到了强度更高的展开机构。69389

Title Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Wings Deployment Mechanism with Joint Clearance
Abstract
A new type of folding wing deployment mechanism was obtained based on the optimization design of a folding wings deployment mechanism.The optimal driving source of the mechanism was obtained by using the dynamic software ADAMS.The contact gap collision mathematical model of wings deployment mechanism was established which based on the nonlinear equivalent spring-damper model. A dynamic simulation analysis on deployment process was given by using the software ADAMS for dynamic characteristic. The influence of different clearance size,quantity of clearance and material on the dynamic characteristics of the deployment process was explored.By means of ANSYS software, the finite element strength calculation and optimization design of the mechanism were carried out, and the high strength lightweight deployment mechanism was obtained.
