摘要随着速冻食品产业在食品产业中的比重逐渐提升,速冻装备的研发也变得更加重要。 我国的螺旋速冻装备相对国际先进水平较为落后,还停留在使用转鼓驱动输送带的方式。 这种螺旋速冻装备造价高,不易维修并且制造工艺复杂。69393
本课题设计了一种无轨式螺旋速冻装备,通过输送单元的自堆积工作。首先,介绍 了速冻技术和螺旋速冻装备的国内外的研究现状。然后,应用 SolidWorks 软件对无轨式 螺旋速冻装备进行建模,得到了装备的基本结构。最后,对输送带的结构和输送能力分 析,制定了两种输送单元侧链板的优化方案,并应用有限元软件进行有限元分析。本文 设计分析的结果可为同类设备的研发提供一定的参考。

Title The Structure Design and Performance Analysis of The
Non-rail Spiral Quick-Frozen Equipment
Abstract
With the proportion of the frozen food industry gradually increased in the food industry, both development and research of quick frozen equipment are more important than before. The spiral frozen equipment in China relative to the international advanced level is backward. It still use drum to drive the conveyor belt. This type of spiral quick-frozen equipment has high cost, difficult maintenance and complicated manufacture process.
This paper introduces a design of a kind of non-rail spiral frozen equipment which can make the conveyor belt unit self-stacking. First of all, it introduces the technology of frozen food and the research status of the spiral frozen equipment both at home and abroad. Then, it uses SolidWorks to design and model the structure of non-rail spiral frozen equipment. Finally, by the analysis on the structure and transport capacity of the conveyor belt it figures out 2 enhanced plans of the lateral plate of the conveyor belt unit.And using finite element method to analyze these 2 plans. The results of this paper can provide some references for the research and development of similar equipment.
