摘要管材液压成形又被称为内高压成形,是管材加工最为重要的技术手段之一。影响管 材液压成形质量的因素有很多,控制这些因素的参数在实际生产中显得尤为重要。
本课题选取工业生产中常用的 U 形管的液压成形作为研究对象,首先对弯曲轴线管 液压成形机理进行理论研究,分析了失效形式并提出了解决措施,接着建立 U 形管和模 具有限元模型,然后对 U 形管液压成形进行仿真分析,再通过单因素试验得出主要因素: 内压力、送料速度、摩擦系数、壁厚等的取值范围,探讨弯曲轴线管液压成形中工艺设 计的方法,最后通过正交优化试验寻求合适的参数组合。69399

Title Finite Element Analysis and Technology Research of U-shaped Tube Hydraulic Forming
Abstract
Tube hydraulic forming, also known as high pressure forming, is one of the most important means of pipe processing. There are many factors that affect the quality of pipe hydraulic forming, and the parameters of these factors are particularly important in the actual production.
The study chooses industrial production in the common U-shaped tube hydroforming as the research object.First of all, the theoretical research on the mechanism of the bending axis tube is made, and the failure mode is analyzed and the solution is put forward. Followed by the establishment of finite element model of a U-shaped tube and die, then the U-shaped tube hydraulic forming simulation analysis. And then drawn by single factor experiment, the main factors: internal pressure, feeding speed, friction coefficient, wall thickness in the range of bending axis of tube hydroforming process design method. Finally through orthogonal test seeking suitable parameter combination.
