摘要固体燃料冲压发动机(Solid Fuel Ramjet,简称SFRJ)是一种自带燃料,利用空气中的氧进行燃烧的新型吸气式发动机,它利用迎面高速空气流的冲压作用提高燃烧室压强,并使空气中的氧和富燃的固体燃料燃烧,利用拉瓦尔喷管使燃气高速喷出,产生推力。69428
为了提高冲压发动机中固体燃料的装药量,同时维持入口处一定的台阶高度,从而保证火焰的稳定性,本文以PE为固体燃料,设计了前台阶内型面结构,通过地面直连式实验系统,对其在冲压发动机中的燃烧性能进行研究,并分析了不同的药柱台阶高度的影响。结果表明,对于带台阶的固体燃料,台阶高度越高,平均燃速越高,与传统内孔固体燃料相比,将固体燃料设计成阶梯孔结构有助于提高固体燃料的平均燃速;对于带台阶的固体燃料,在固体燃料前段,当地燃速较小,随着轴向的推移,当地燃速逐渐增大,在台阶处达到最大值,台阶之后当地燃速逐渐减小,在固体燃料尾部,当地燃速减小速率增大,但整体来说,台阶之后的当地燃速普遍大于台阶之前的当地燃速。补燃室压强在点火发动机工作阶段会产生压强峰,随后燃烧室压强基本稳定,但是,后段内径35mm的固体燃料补燃室压强在工作稳定阶段下降明显,后逐渐与其他工况相似;后段内径为35mm的固体燃料燃气流量最大,空燃比最小,其余三种工况没有明显的变化趋势;随着后段内径的减小,特征速度有所增加。
