自紧身管是又称自增强身管,身管结构同单筒身管完全一样,但在制造时对其膛内 施以高压,使身管由内到外局部或全部产生塑性变形。在高压去掉以后,由于各层塑性 变形不同,造成外层对相邻内层产生压应力,即内层受压、外层受拉,就像多层筒紧身 管一样,使管壁内产生有利的残余应力,从而提高身管的疲劳寿命和弹性强度极限。高 膛压火炮主要应用范围是坦克炮和反坦克炮,随着火炮威力的日渐增强,身管疲劳寿命 问题也日渐突出。所以近年来,我国对自紧理论和自紧工艺以及设计方法也开展了广泛 的研究和实验。69465
本课题为 125mm 自紧身管及其工装设计,目的是研究 125mm 自紧身管设计的相关 问题,通过对身管使用条件、自紧工艺分析,提出自紧方案,进行自紧身管设计,设计 自紧工装,从而解决大口径高膛压火炮的相关问题。

Abstract
The self-tighten barrel, also know the self-enhanced barrel, is totally the same with monoblock in the aspect of barrel structure. However, in the process of manufacture, the inside cavity is imposed by a high pressure, which caused the plastic deformation from the internal to the external, partially or globally. Upon the releasing of high pressure, due to the different plastic deformation of a variety of layers,outer layer has a compressive stress on its adjacent inner layer. Therefore it is compression on the inner layer and tension on the outer layer. It is like the multiple layers tighten barrel, the favorable residual stress is induced, and thus the fatigue life and the elastic strength limitation of the barrel have greatly enhanced. The major application scope of the high pressure gun is in the field of the tank gun and anti-tank gun. With the growing power of artillery, the issue of fatigue life of the barrel also becomes more prominent. Therefore, in recent years, our country has carried out widely research and experiment on self-tighten theory and process, and its designing method.
This topic is the design of the 125mm self-tighten barrel and its work tool. It aims to research the relevant issues about the design of 125 mm self-tighten barrel. Through a series of events, such as, the analysis of the work condition of barrel, the self-tighten process, the proposing scheme of the self-tighten, the design of self-tighten barrel, the design of the self-tighten work tool, it can solve the relevant issues on the high press gun with large caliber.
